This weekend was a great weekend for portfolio building.

Every so often we have ( casting calls )model days here at the Studios.

What generally happens is, the person ( you do not need to be a model to enlist with us ) looking to become established will get in touch with me and see if I have any free dates that we can work on to create new images. This was one of those days.

I have worked with this model several times before on building her portfolio as well as mine. The model will get in touch with me to say they are looking to enhance their portfolio of images in order to gain more recognition and in the long run more paid work – we do from time to time put out a casting call for models to enlist on our database.

Back to today and our model was looking to have a new set of outdoor images created. The weather was forecast sunny through to teatime. We wanted to create something with a fashion edge so headed out to the moors with a pair of 80’s jeans and a summer dress. Below are the results.

As you can see from the images the weather was great and we started to get some great images. Until that is, the black clouds headed our way – earlier than the weather app stated 🙁

Coffee and a declutter

The Headshot – because first impressions count!

Little boy on suitcase

Sam and the teddies

Everything here at fourTwographs starts with either a email or phone call. We always try to answer any questions about the cost and process of the portrait creations, but all concrete leads start after the phone call to a relaxed meet in either the clients home or venue of choice. I generally suggest a local coffee shop – Local to the client that is. The case study here for example was for the mother, Karen to contact myself via email and then also …
